Hey girls as you know by now I’m a total makeup addict. I mean how many of you get sucked into buying things for its packaging? Yep me too and my recent purchase was a total ‘pretty packaging’ kinda purchase. I’m talking about the NEW Huda Beauty limited edition lip kits they are just gorgeous because they come in a limited edition lip shaped tin…eeek!
What’s included – Contour & Strobe lip kit
So the Huda Beauty limited edition lip kits include, all three of Huda Beautys lip products. The one I purchased was the Bombshell & Ritzy shade. It comes with a lip contour in shade Bombshell, complimented by a liquid matte also in shade Bombshell and lip strobe in Ritzy. I haven’t actually got any of these colours which is why I went for this one. And I’m a total nude lip kinda girl at heart.

Ok so let’s take a closer look at the Bombshell & Ritzy lip kit. The idea behind these lip kits is that you contour your lips with the lip contour. Then fill them in with the liquid matte, and finish off with the lip strobe. The shades are flexible because you can either create a matte finish or beaming glowing finish.

What I like
Ok so I like the fact that you get three lip products and get to create a flexible look. The colours are gorgeous and Huda Beauty has nailed it when it comes to creating the perfect nude lip colours. The colours are long lasting and are highly pigmented. Coming on to price, Huda Beauty’ s full size liquid lips are usually priced at £18 and contour lips are priced at £16 but with the lip tins you’re getting two liquid lips and one lip contour for £29. I think it’s good value for anyone that wants to try Huda Beauty lip products. And you get a cute limited edition lip shaped tin to use for makeup storage.
What I don’t like
I guess the only down side is that you’re not getting full size liquid lip products. But apart from that there wasn’t anything else that I didn’t like.
Verdict
Overall I think the Huda Beauty limited edition lip kits are gorgeous, I love the shade that I bought and seriously can’t get enough of it. I love that I can wear Bombshell that gives me a nude matte finish for every day wear. And then top it up with the Ritzy lip strobe for the evenings, it’s the perfect lip look coming up to Christmas.
I think the price is good value for money and I’m obsessed with the packaging. And it’ super easy to use, you don’t have to be a makeup guru to apply it.
